When I first started working with Well-being and Resilience there was a great deal of scepticism. So I made sure I took surveys, gathered feedback and carefully documented the outcomes of the interventions I used. There was a real need for a science based approach.
Of course, since then there have been literally thousands of research papers to support the benefits of Resilience and Well-being broadly. And below you’ll find a selection of the evidence I gathered, enabling me to boldly claim the transformative nature of Resilience and my specific approach.
I’m super proud to have worked with many of the largest organisations in the world as well as many small businesses and individuals. The transformation they have undergone inspires me to share my work as broadly as possible, which is the primary reason for building the Reboot Your Resilience App.
