Who is this app for?
This app is made for everyone. If you lack focus, motivation and you don’t feel productive or efficient, this course is made for you. If you feel exhausted, anxious, stressed, and overwhelmed then this course is definitely for you! If you are irritable, feeling lost or you’re struggling with your relationships this is for you!
Are there any pre-requisites to using the app?
No pre-requisites needed, you just need a cell phone, tablet or computer plus an internet connection.
How much time is required?
How much time are you wanting to dedicate?! The content is made in bite-size chunks, typically of no more than 5 minutes in time, so you can honestly choose how much time to spend. We recommend taking 5-10 minutes each day to discover new content and get thoughtful. Then a further 5-10 minutes a day dedicated to tools, skills, exercises, building habits and personal reflection. So, it’s entirely up to you how much time you decide to allocate, though we anticipate you can allot approximately 5-10 minutes. Often it makes sense to put time aside in your calendar and treat it like any other meeting you would be having.
How do I pass the course?
The course offers the ideal amount of information for comprehension and retention. In order to make sure everything is clear; we’re building short learning assessments at the end of each Module and Mission. You won’t fail them, but if you do well you might just get a certificate or badge!
Can I start the course on a day that is convenient to me and take it at my own pace?
The app content is composed of 8 Modules, then divided into Missions. The idea is that it is entirely self-paced to fit your personal needs. We recommend you try to something every day, as science tells us this is the most effective and proven way to absorb information.
Are there any due dates? Is there any required homework?
To get the most out of the programme we suggest working through the work-books and practical exercises, but there are no due dates and nothing needs to be submitted. Having said that, don’t use it as an excuse to do nothing – Reboot Your Resilience is a fantastic opportunity for total transformation!
What if I want to do one module in one day?
The structure of the programme is based on the most successful learning methods, but if you want to study one module in one day, that’s no problem!
How fast can I expect to see results?
Rome wasn’t built in a day but if you commit to this programme with effort and dedication, I guarantee you’ll feel the difference within the first week. Stick to your exercises, listen to my recommendations, and enjoy your total transformation!
